Be present at delivery unless agreed otherwise
6.4 If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or customer absence, additional delivery charges may apply.
6.5 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7.1 Materials may be delivered via tipper truck or bulk bag.
7.2 We are not liable for damage to driveways, footpaths, or underground services unless caused by proven negligence.
7.3 Customers must ensure the delivery surface is suitable for heavy vehicles.

8. Cancellations & Returns
8.1 Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
8.2 Once dispatched, cancellations may incur transport and handling fees.
8.3 Due to the nature of bulk aggregate materials, returns are generally not accepted unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
